Dog Stole things I needed bad
Cats took what I never had
Pillows for my aching head
A glass of milk next to my bed

The creatures that seem oh so kind
Then sleep all day and ease your mind
at night they softly paddle on
and look to steal things that you own

So now I lay me down to sleep
I pray the lord that I might keep
my soul for one more night or two
and hope the creatures never do

Sizzle Lean stole my heart. From the time I took her into my home she landed in my heart. Sizzle Lean came into my life for only a short time and departed it on Thursday, May 7, 2009. She had a wonderful life surrounded by love until its end.

Sizzle Lean brought me joy, she brought my household joy
and she brought her furry family joy. She will be missed by many including her doggy daddy, her three prior foster moms, her pack leader friends at work, her visitors and furry friends when she played "lobbyist" in her chair at The Mutt Hutt
and most of all me.

In the lobby of The Mutt Hutt sits an empty chair.
It will be dedicated to her always and designated as
Sizzle's Spot

Move over bacon....here comes something leaner!
